Eligibility for Exchange
Our exchange rate is under 1.3%, thanks to the premium quality of our jewellery. However, if you believe your item qualifies for exchange, please review the criteria below:
- Damaged or incorrect products can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be: In original condition and accompanied by original packaging, tags, and certificates
- For non-damaged items, exchanges are only available for prepaid orders.
- We do not accept exchanges on COD orders unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
- Return shipping charges: ₹300 per transaction for COD orders and ₹200 per transaction for prepaid orders (for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery)
