1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at ruaanenterprises@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Once an order is dispatched or processed, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds
We currently do not accept returns unless the item you received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (i.e., not matching your order)
To request a refund or replacement:
You must:
1.Email us at ruaanenterprises@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2.Include a 360° unboxing video taken at the time of opening the sealed package. This is mandatory for any refund or exchange to be considered.
Important Notes:
•The item must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
•Refunds will only be processed after our team verifies the video and confirms the issue.

3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the same account used during checkout.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via UPI or bank transfer, as shared by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products without an unboxing video.
- Items returned without prior communication.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
